My heart is still wretched. We need some change of strategy from Germany, strengthening their defense and get pass the Italia's defense, especially Buffon. The opening was quite good for Germany, they got the ball, organized it and attack. But somehow things fell apart when the game continues. Anyway, the defense line need a boost !
Second half, Podolski subbed by Reus, and Klose coming up in place of Gomez.

You can see Germany's effort you know, they come again and again and again, but just can't break through the wall of Italy. Iron wall I might add, with a strong keeper named Buffon.

Strategy failure + defense weakness brought Germany to such situation. When you know straight-forward attack doesn't work against the iron wall of Italia, why didn't you change the strategy and find the way round instead? Disappointing. Disappointing.
